King Tide shirts are custom printed, cut, and sewn to order at a Florida-based production facility. 

• From the time your order is placed, it typically takes 3–7 business days to process and ship, depending on seasonal demand.

• Standard shipping orders usually arrive within 7–10 business days.

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. 

• For expedited shipping or if you require assistance, please contact us at Service@KingTideGear.com. We strive to reply to all inquiries within 1-2 hours.

• King Tide ships via USPS and UPS.  

• We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.
